I notice in the Car Talk forum that the thread with the last post time stamp is not always on the top of the forum post index? Even when I clicked on REFRESH button in IE, it still doesn't display correctly.

BTW, there is no time stamp when you edited a post either. Usually, it should give you a time stamp to tell you if a post has been edited. For example, I edited this post to type all this in but it would not let me know when was the last time I edited this post. Hope that helps.
