Rep reset?

Occasionally I run out of ~~neg~~ reps to distribute, and it doesn't reset for like 36 hrs it seems. Is this normal?

So it must be a server time issue. If it thought it was 12/2 at 7pm CST, then that would be 6pm here, which explains why after I rained reps upon others at like 5:30, it hasn't reset yet.
