I don't believe either yahoo or hotmail offer that as they want you to come to the website so they can show you ads.
That of course is not why we have web only, but it is because the way the system is configured there isn't currently a way to offer you pop or imap access. Not saying it can't be redone. But currently the support isn't there.

Isnt there some crazy way to make web based email readable from OE or something - I think hotmail or yahoo you can do something like that, IMAP or something?
