I am trying to log in with my usual id and pass but get the error message "user unknown or password incorrect".

Any ideas?

Looks like a problem with the email service itself then and not my account....I don't know how to raise a support call on this though....do you?

BTW what is meant by the reference to Xviper on your signature (I don't use the site too much these days but Xviper has helped me in the past with some technical questions - has anything happend to him?)
