You can access member email in one of 2 ways (it's actually just one way but it's easier to explain this way):
Webmail located at https://www.s2ki.com/mail
Webmail is a web based email client application allowing you to manage your email account, send and receive email. The advantage of webmail is that you can read and send email from any computer connected to the internet or if you read and send mail from multiple computers like home, work, a friends home, an internet cafe, whatever.
Client Email Application (Outlook, Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Eudora, Blackberry, the list goes on)
You are almost certainly using such an application already. You can integrate your s2ki.com email account with any of these applications and receive your email just like you would any other. You can set these programs up to save your email on the server which allows you to access it from multiple computers but you'll typically download your email to your computer and use your email application to manage it.
Using webmail and a email application at the same time can be done but requires more the basic knowledge of how email works. We suggest you pick one or the other method unless you are capable of setting it up yourself.
