I know this issue has been brought up innumerable times but for the sake of all the is holy and good in the world find a search engine that actually works. I would rather have NO search engine than the one out, this one gives me the some hope you will find something only to crush my spirit again and again and again. I have come to saving a bookmark for ANY thread I might want to refer back to because I know I can never find it again without looking for it manually through the forums.

As a computer programmer, all I can say is the search engine is wholly and totally inadequate. It flat out doesn't work. Is that hard to fathom? I know no one can disagree that the search engine does not find all matches, 95+ percent of the time. I would upgrade my membership to get something that works.

This site has a great deal of valuable information that is totally wasted because we cannot find it. I cannot even search on posts I know I made, with knowledge of the forum, myself as the poster, several key words. I have heard to use google's "site:www.s2ki.com" command. That searching is VERY limited and does not return much.
