sorry, not up for discussion.
the old one doesn't work anymore. Too many posts and too many users. so the old one is out.
If someone is willing to write us a search engine from scratch then contact me. Otherwise the one we have now is what were gonna use.
I am still learning the package and will be evolving it more to give you some more of the features of the old one. namely selectable thread vs post searching. but it's gonna require more code, so you're gonna have to bear with me.
