I have a feeling there are some people who have negative posts against their reputation in the Seller Feedback Forum and don't even know it.

I would like to suggest that a PM be sent to any member who has a negative thread started against them. I believe this will help rectify situations they may not even be aware of, or at least put pressure on them to come to an equitable resolution.
