Can't be a signature either because html is not allowed in signatures.

Can you post a screenshot of what happens. I have not come across this

It just brings up the little warning bar in IE7 and asks if I want to install Quicktime something or other. I installed it...good or bad.

Since this is new I'm thinking it has to do with an IE6/windows update recently. I haven't changed anything.

yup that's what i am using too - installed it BUT then i had a shut down problem and restored my laptop

it's all good now
