My problem:

I try to respond via PM to other members and it freezes and PM never sends. I have cleared my browsing history/cookies, deleted site cookies. This is my only problem with the site.

I am running Win 7 and have attempted replying via PM on IE and Safari on my laptop and via Tapatalk on my Iphone4. All have the same result.

Still working erratically. 5 timeouts this morning before a thread loaded. Clicking a different thread seemed to kick things into life.

lower, our tech guys have requested a different report if possible.

The next time that you are experiencing slowness, could you please do the following instead:

pathping www.s2ki.com and paste those results in here please?

I only have the issue occasionally. It's usually acceptably quick for me.

 

I couldn't get onto the site this morning. Freezing, locking up.. for about a minute or two. Started the pathping. Let it run for a few, then tried going to s2ki and everything was fine, except it kept freezing up when I'm responding via PM. It's an intermittent problem for me.

Site was working fine until i clicked a show new posts link on a thread. Clicked once, no response, clicked again, no response. Did the pathping as requested and posted the results below. The page still hadn't loaded in the mean time and it took another click to get things moving.

thanks, Gents. Those look like they may well be helpful. I'll report back with news as it comes to me.

 

From Comcast Business on the left, from Amazon EC2 on the right, on and off for connectivity, one time it'll get 90+% packet loss, other times 0%.
Hope you get it all sorted out, having to hit reload 3 or 4 times to get a page to load has greatly reduced the amount of time i spend on S2Ki

Sorry no pingpath, don't run windows, mtr will do just fine though.
