Site issue during the last week or more ...

When navigating to almost any link related to the S2KI site, there are generally two options:

1) Once the link is entered, wait beyond ten seconds until eventually either the page begins to load or the browser reports the page is unavailable. If the page is 'unavailable', refresh the page and it will usually start loading within 1 to 3 seconds.

2) Once the link is entered, if the page does not begin to load within 5 seconds, enter the same link again or refresh. Usually the page will start loading within 1 to 3 seconds. If not, start over with either option 1 or 2.

I am not having this issue with any other site I frequent.

 

Can the owners up date us with what is actually being worked on? A lot of people pay to be on here, and the service right now is not acceptable for this day and age.

 

We are trying to track if the issue is packet loss on the way to our network, if it's one of our two providers causing the issue, if it's an internal networking issue, or if it's some type of database bottleneck. We have every resource available working on these issues as their only priority. I hope to have more of an update for you later today. The pathping's and reports are helpful, and appreciated.
