First, let me say that I recently upgraded my account to "Member" and I really appreciate the forum. It was a little difficult to find where to pay for the membership, you'd probably get a bunch more people joining/supporting if you made a little "Support S2KI" logo at the top of the main header.

The For Sale forum is fairly active and it gets kind of tough to search for things with the mix of FS and WTB threads. Any chance of getting it split into two different sections... For Sale and Wanted?

BTW, thanks for moving the Cars For Sale to its own section. The way the vBulletin software works makes it a little difficult to spot at the top of the forum, I'd rather see it as a category on the front page of the marketplace.

Just my suggestions, I can live with it the way it is.

 

I think a radio button to filter FS or WTB would be nice, but I'd like to be able to browse both of these at the same time if I want to. I've been meaning to mention bring this up, thanks s2ka for the idea.

 

The more these areas are compartmentalized the less exposure sponsors get. It is far preferable from a sponsor's point of view to have everything in one (or two, as it currently is) places. I would like to see it remain as is for the time being.

 

I like Wes' idea best. Filter the forum rather than split them. It's not quite as easy as it sounds but not too bad. I'll add it to my todo list to look into what can be done.

That said we do eventually want to upgrade the forum software soon so I don't want to make too many changes. The changes we have already done are going to be work enough.
