Default suggestion for former owners

I totalled my S in November. I've maintained the status "owner" in the area under my avatar (not sure what you call that area)....It's pretty tough to switch over to "enthusiast". Although there's no longer an S2000 in my garage I feel I should be labeled "former owner"....this is the first time I've posted in this forum...I didn't search to see if this suggestion has ever been made but I suggest there be an option to choose "former owner" or something along those lines instead of either being an "owner" or "enthusiast"....might sound silly but I'm sure there's a significant number of people on the site who have either sold or wrecked their S's and no longer have one. I've made a lot of good friends on here and that's why i'm still around. I love s2ki!!! haha

I think you should get another one, that's the easier solution

well....it was just a suggestion...hate to say it but I'm not getting another S2000 anytime soon. I'm getting a Lotus Exige in April. My thoughts are at age 24 I'd rather have experience with two great sportscars than one great sportscar twice. Makes sense to me!

Even so, you'd still be an Enthusiast, right

ya my point is just that there's a big difference between someone who formerly owned an S2000 and the guy who's sat in it at the local dealership and played with the cup holder....not a big deal just wanted to share my first and only thought for improving the site

Perhaps true but the owner/Enthusiast title is going to be accurate as often as the country flags.

exactly. Perhaps you should note your former ownership status in your signature?
