A suggestion for newly registered members.
I know how much everyone hates it when you click Modifications and Parts or S2000 Talk and see the same old '09 asking about the best lowering springs, exhausts, intakes, etc.
They usually get berated with people telling them to search and linking them to the stickies that are applicable to their question.
What if we had a mandatory "Initiation" type forum for new users?
I would say for the first 3 days or so that you are a guest (if you buy a membership you can skip it) you cannot visit any forums other than the initiation forum and your regional/local forum.
In the initiation just have the standard stickies with emphasis on the basic first mods and general maintenance.
That way, if they spend three days in there and still come out asking 'stupid' questions, they don't have any excuses!

All the general interest forums fall into the "Initiation" category. Once people graduate from seeing the same questions over and over they move on to the other more specialized interest forums. Face it, once you've seen the conversation cycle a time or two you've learned pretty much all there is to know. The subject of S2000 in general isn't that deep until you start digging into the details of the various specialties.
