It's a feature of the newer version of the software we use but we can't use it. To switch software would be nasty ugly (remember a year ago). The only way to do it would be to write it. It's on the wishlist for sure but there are some other things which would be far more useful ahead of it.
Namely, a major revamp of the PM system. I think we would get more bang for the buck if PMs were better (show replied, forwarded, display like topics rather than email (replies follow original, reply as email, forward as email, print PM, save as PDF, attachments, etc.) If I get the time and feel inspired I'll have a look at it but no promises.
