Is there a time limit between posts?

I tried posting replies in a few threads consecutively and found out that I can only do it when there is about a minute break in between. Is that true or is there someting wrong with my computer?

I've recieved an error message stating that you can only make one post per 30 seconds ...

Yes. It's to keep peeps from spamming. It's not stopping S2K Fan though...
