Update to FAQ

I noticed today that the FAQ section on top care explains our top as being made of fabric. I believe that it was concluded that our top is indeed vinyl.

there are a few faqs referring to the top, and one previously was modified to remove fabric, I just edited the other one to reflect the corrected information. thanks for the update.
