I was able to creat a post, but not able to delete it? The thread is here thread

I tired logging out and back in again, but no help.

Only mods can delete threads .... you can close your thread but you cannot delete it .....

 

boiler, just curious but whats up with the name? im a boilermaker so i was just curious...

 

My screen name has nothing to do with Purdue. I have been using that name for about 13 years and it's a take off of my name.

 

ohhh thats cool.. i didnt mean i was a purdue boilermaker hehe im a union boilermaker... i do nuclear reactor disassembly at your friendly local neighborhood nuclear power plants

 

although you can delete your own post - if you edit it. and if your post is the first in the thread then it deletes the thread

Or just ask a friendly mod to delete the thread for you - as they have to be dumpstered rather than deleted

i accidentally double posted here, and i cannot delete the extra post.... it gives me the standard error...

yup.

me too. my local organizer deleted mine for me, but i still couldn't delete it and it was probably 10 down.
