Default Valve Adjustments

Guys,

I cant find my helms. Can somebody scan the pages for valve adjustments and email to me.

Better yet maybe we can have a valve adjustment party. I will supply the beer if anyone wants to participate.

crud. can't do it this weekend. i've got a wedding in Dallas for family that i'm going to have to go to....

i've got 40k on the odometer and i don't think this has been done... it's probably time.

i have a goodly assemblage of tools (nothing to write home about, but better than decent). if you guys need anything let me know. if the party can be postponed, i'm probably in for it... how intensive is this?

after searching -- here are some relevant threads that seem to contain good information:

i'm not sure i have the characteristic 'ticking' that signifies an adjustment being necessary... even if i don't do mine, i'll be more than happy to help yall do yours. i'd still like to compare engine idle sound to see if i'm in need...

fyi: i believe i have most of the tools except for the feeler gages, and i could probably do with a better lighting source... still... i'm fairly sure the garage is open and available...
