V4 implementation date?

cthree stated somewhere, that May 1/04. He moved it from Apr 1 as he and krazik were attending OTC.

OK...I saw that, but thought he was going to put V4 out for testing first. Didn't see a test version yet, so assumed the May 1st date might have been pushed back.

May 1st is still the date although it might be the 5th or the 3rd or whatever. I was planning a beta for the COs but time doesn't permit that this time around. The moderators are testing it now and it should be fine.
