We need a dyno database!
Great! When do you start?
Seriously, dyno sheet in themselves aren't all that meaningful. There needs to accompanying context. I'm not going to go into a lecture about the bumb wiping qualities of more dyno output but let's just say that without context they don't mean anything.
What I'd much prefer to see is members do a little writeup about what they did and the rusults they got with a dyno graph as supporting material.
The problem is that what we lack most is the labor to get this (and hundreds of other projects) done in a reasonable timeframe. If anyone out there is a skilled PHP developer drop me an email or PM.

I think this would be a good idea as long as it was a before/after comparison listing the delta variables. without deep pockets, most of us will make multiple mods at one time and do the dyno session to tune it all together, and not be real sure what gains are attributable to what piece. if enough people contribute meaningful data, we can start to see the trends, things like the AEM CAI giving its power curve bump at 4k, mid-range vs high end/peak gains, etc.
if the forum descends to a debate over which style dyno, dyna-pak, dyno-jet, mustang, etc. is most effective, who has the most POWER!!!, 1/4 mile times, etc. it would not be worth that much to people trying to decide if a specific mod will fit their expectations.

Hmmm..
PHP, let me think about that. I'll hit up B&N when I get a chance see how hard this would be to do in PHP.
I mostly do desktop development, but if I can get something somewhat useful done it would help everyone. What kind of back end database are you using (if any?) is the server hosted, or does a member have direct access? If it's hosted is PHP w/ database access allowed? What OS is the server running? Would this be a system where everyone could submit documents or just one person?
In the meantime a highly moderated forum could do the trick, only posts w/ dyno charts and a crlf delimited list of mods would be allowed.
We could even just add a key value to existing posts so a search could be keyed on it.
I.E.
Any post containing a useful dyno or HP delta info could have the text "#$S2KIDYNO#$" or something like that. When you run a search just do "#$S2KIDYNO#$ and AEM CAI".
Everyone should take the results with a grain of salt, but it can at least give us an idea of how to do it.
hmmm....
