Default Hardware keeping Turbo+Manifold together keeps backing off - 2nd time!

Hi guys, i'm losing my mind, the hardware I have on keeps backing off and i've tried a few things already but it's a PITA to keep removing the manifold/turbo and tightening/replacing hardware. There is very very little space between the two barely enough to fit a nut on. I am going to try nord locks next but i'm not very optimistic(i looked into stage 8 fasteners but they wont work/fit). What else can be done here? I don't know of anyone here in San Diego to safety wire. Anyways, there really isn't much space to work with. I have noticed that two nuts on the manifold also have completely backed off. Is this vibration? Heat? combination of the both? Vibration from the turbo? I didn't have this issue with the t518z but then again I wasn't boosting 16lbs back then either. Vid and pics attached below. Please help a brotha out, i'm pulling my hairs here.

Could try 2 nuts, it will lock them together.

There is no space/clearance for that. Look at how tight it is. Unless you mean for the exhaust manifold.

Loctite and nyloc nuts wont work with the kind of heat you got in that area.
Nord lock washers is the way to go.
