Default Turbo manifold/downpipe studs

We all know that turbo nuts that are on the studs connecting them to the manifold/downpipe have a nasty habit of backing off, causing exhaust leak, thus, burning everything in their path. I would like to replace the solid studs to some that have holes in them, so I can place wire ties to make sure the nuts can't back off. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

I think I am going to follow the advice of several other people on here and do a small tack weld on each bolt to prevent this.

That's basically what I'm trying to do.

u can do it yourself or have someone do it. you can even buy a kit to do it. clamps down in a vise and has a guide for the drill bit. adjusts for lots of bolt sizes. i think summit has them.

Buy a metric safety wire drilling jig or get some Stage 8 locking bolts.

The only way to go...and my Stage 8's still found a way to get loose.
There's pretty much no way, if installed properly, that the Stage8 bolts will come loose. Can you explain what happened?
