Default Ken Burns documentary on Country Music

Dunno if anyone is watching this. Very good. Couple nights ago one on Patsy Cline was great. What a voice!

I didn't realize how many of them died so young.

I watched the first two but had to be out the next few nights. If you download the PBS app you can stream it to your mobile device. I plan on watching the entire series in the next few days.

Once again, I have to say that there is no such thing as a bad Ken Burns documentary. The first two episodes were excellent. I expect the rest will be the same.

We watched the first two and have taped the others. I thought the 1st was good, 2nd was slow IMO; I've heard the 3rd is better.

Wow, the shows are long and getting longer! We have caught up with watching all of them. I never realized Johnny Cash was such a man of principal. Bless him. Its been interesting learning about many of the artists. I am surprised how many I knew both in looks and songs because I was always a rock & roll and do wap lover until it totally died and rap music took over. That forced me into really listening to Country all the time, which I still do.
