Default Dual or Single

I don't know if it has been asked before, are there any power gains if you have a single exhaust or dual?

what are the pros and cons if any?

In practice:

Single usually makes better power.

Dual usually sounds better and is almost always quieter.

There are singles that are quieter than most duals and there are duals that make more power than most singles, but those are the exceptions.

The T1R dual has been dyno proven to give really good gains for a dual and sounds fantastic.

Single exhausts offer 2 benefits. One being weight and the other is performance. But you will be sacrificing your ear drums. If you go single exhaust try to go with 70mm.
