Default Low S2 owners throw me some input on coilovers.

Just wondering what coilovers are out there that go super low (pinch welds 1" off the ground) and still stay stiff. Like a coilover that sits low with out adjusting the preload. Not looking to track this s2000 anytime soon anyways.

I have a set of Function Forum TypeII 32 way dampening on my s2000 right now. The fronts are perfect they are stiff and go super low without touching the stock preload setting, but the rears maxed out lowest setting and still did not have the look i wanted to go for. I had to lower the spring perch resulting in less shock travel and it affected the stock coilover proload witch made my rear very soft and probaly ending the life of the damper very soon.

Looking to get a new set of coilovers soon and wanted to know what some of you with very low s2000's are running. Im not a brand whore just want something stiff that i can lower to the ground without affecting the manufacture preload setting.

Do you have pics of the rear on your Function and Form type 2's?

I know people like the Buddy Club N+.

Stiffness is a matter of spring rate and if the dampers are valved to handle it.

I bought a used set of buddy club N+ a couple weeks ago. Finally installing them tomorrow. I got this coil over because it was super cheap and low mileage. Plus, a lot of good reviews on it here.
