Default FS 2007 white/silver honda cbr600rr, socal 2210 mi

This is a 2007 white/silver honda cbr600rr with extremely low miles. See below for reason of selling.
First name: David
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Price: 6000 OBO
Contact: Call/text (626) 807-3139 or pm me here
-flush front mount turn signals
-integrated tail light
-fender eliminator kit
-frame sliders
-rizoma grips and bar ends

Reason for selling is due to the California emissions law i cannot register this bike in California since it does not have the federal sticker stating it passes California emissions. The bike has the federal sticker to pass US emissions but not California. Also for a used bike it would have to have over 7500 miles to be registered in California. The bike was purchased a month ago in Texas by my older brother as a gift to me for getting into college, but he didn't know about the California emissions law which does not let me register the bike unless it passes the emissions or has over 7500 miles. The bike runs great, but no one can register it in California. So i am trying to sell this to out of state buyers or someone in California looking for a clean track bike. I am willing to help with the shipping. Title from previous owner in hand since i cannot register it to get a new title. please call/text me if you have any questions.

Price $6000 obo
price is obo but do not think lowball offers would be accepted please don't call/text offering $4000 or less, bike is practically brand new

Pictures: http://s938.photobucket.com/albums/ad230/k...nda%20cbr600rr/
The pictures with the pink grips are from when my brother purchased the bike in Texas only thing i changed on the bike are the rizoma grips and bar ends and solo cowl.
Solo cowl would not be included in sale. the bike would be sold with the rear seat that it came with.

Maybe a stupid question, but couldn't you buy an OEM exhaust from a Cali dealer or off a Cali bike and it would come with the CARB sticker?

Damn that's very unfortunate. I never knew they were that strict with emissions on a motorcycle from out of state. GLWS.

Thanks, yeah i didn't know that either. everyone told me that if i didn't try registering it already i should just ride it around until 7500, but since i already tried registering it the vin is like blacklisted in CA DMVs so no one can register it even after 7500 miles.

The sticker isn't on the exhaust its in the section where your tail light is. I tried asking honda if there's anything they could do to make it pass CA emissions they said they can't. He told me that's the reason why honda made two version of the bike one for 49 states US emissions legal and one for CA+ 49 states emissions legal.

yup cali emissions are too strict. I don't understand how its alright to register a bike that doesn't pass CA emissions when its over 7500 miles but its not alright to register a bike that doesn't pass CA emissions with less then 7500 miles.
