Default FS: Floor-Mountable Spring Compressor

***** SOLD *****

Used, but in perfect working condition.

This makes installing springs a snap - quick and easy. Bolting into the ground makes it even more stable.

I paid like $350 new (I think). Asking $125 OBO. If you have do a bunch of installs, this is well worth it.

Located in the 562.

It looks almost exactly like this:

(but that picture was taken from the web)

The bottom part holds the strut, the top part grabs the spring and the big handles with orange balls at the end is what you turn to compress the spring. The stand has holes in the part that touches the floor so you can bolt it down if you want (but I never did).

I don't know the brand, but I bought it from the same company that sold Nokya-brand light bulbs (they sold a bunch of other car accessories). This was back when I had my shop, so the $350 or so I paid was a wholesale price.

Spring jobs should be done the man way. use a wrench and shoot off the spring. Then to compress the new one get 2 fat guys to push down on it. (My friend did this no joke haha)

or the creative way, using 45lb weight plates, stacking them onto the hole and pushing down so fat guys aren't needed save that for wrestling off steering wheels without the puller.

on a related note, willing to ship that spring compressor up to the bay for cheap? LMk best price shipped.
