Need Help picking a Camcorder
OK, so I've avoided owning a camcorder so far......
But I'm thinking that bolting one on the S for next weekend at Laguna would be a good reason to finally get one.
I think the important things for me are:
1. Stablization (a must)
2. Easy download to my mac......I don't want to deal with converting miniDV or miniDVD's
3. Lightweight/small
4. ????
When looking at digital cameras, I used to avoid Sony because they used memory sticks instead of flash or SD cards.....so I usually don't look at Sony's.
I don't need HD, so......what should I look at?
Price range.......cheaper is better
If it's under 500 that's perfect, but will go higher if the quality/features are worth it. $1000 is way too much.
Oh, of course I need to pick it up this week
TIA,
Laird
