Bad Seller GATSBEE13
I posted a WTB for an OEM coilover suspension. He had the best price for a OEM suspension with 500 mi (Not too sure now) so I asked if he would meet me to make the deal when I was in that area.
Thought his enthusiasm and followup made him a good seller, but he later said to go ahead and send the money via Paypal since I wasn't able to get out that way yet and he needed the money.
I arrange for him to drop it off at a relatives house since it would be another week before I was out that way. When I get the suspension it is missing the Top Hats.
The only indication that it was just the shocks & springs was his PM message title "Shocks/Springs". With only 500 miles on them + My WTB post I didn't feel the need to get pics and do a full on probing.
I offered to ship them back at my expense and take a partil refund to cover his gas and time. 100% back +. Since he spent my money he refused to refund the full amount and said he would give me $25 refund????!!!!
It could be argued that I didn't ask enough or get pics, but this is SoCal and we are supposed to be able to put more trust in a local transaction because of the close knit community not to mention he was getting a partial profit.
He knew what I wanted and like so many people before him chose to take the low road for a few bucks. Very Sad........

BAD EXPERIENCE w/ MIDNIGHTSUNSET
Following from the above post, there was enough consideration in the deal to warrant it FINAL. + there are some errors in that explanation. Im still willing to refund $25, but I will not refund everything. We all sell stuff on here to make a profit. I didn't intend to mislead anyone.
