Had a friend do him the favor of posting his rear HT glass for sale. I decided to drive 2hrs to pick it up in my daily driver which didn't allow me to test fit it. But with him telling me it was from VIS, I felt safe since I got my HT at VIS.
I get home to install and the glass is a fake, someone tried to make a copy of it and failed. I call him the next day to get my money back and instead he decides to ignore me from the first call I made to the last. As if he knew it was fake. Tells me he spent the money and now its not his problem, its mine.
The kids only got a few months and already selling fake crap. Hope this helps if he ever posts.

You omitted the fact that I bought my hard top used, the window was coming off my hardtop, and I was told my window was VIS? I never tried to reinstall it, simply removed the window and sold it. Then you threaten me for my money back? I don't even have that money because I needed to buy another window.

02SebringAp1: bought a 02 s2k from him, he says his brother led one of the meets here. i find problems here and there and try to ask him some questions. totally ignores me and deletes every posts off his wall.

 

^just now saw this...two sides to every story...Sold Kermit a clean 02 S2k with only 70k miles...7 months later this guy hits me up asking questions and implying that the car was sold in bad condition. Long story short, guy harrassed me for several months telling me to "man up" but never willing to meet up face to face. If tone in original email was better maybe i would have replied. Back in December 2011 when i sold the car he test drove, saw pictures, talked to both me and my brother (previous owners) and had no issues...car was sold "as is" in pristine condition. Sorry man. If something happened after 7 months of you driving the car...it was probably your fault. I just want to make things straight for everyone to see. Kermit is not a good person to deal with and i advise all users to beware. Please keep in mind that he harrassred me for months via PM and posts on my wall. I have screen shots to prove it and now he is acting like the victim.

 

Sorry? I asked u a simple question. I didn't harass u. U ignored any pms I sent u about. I saw that u checked my profile every week but u kept ignoring me making me believe u cheated me on something. I told you to man up meaning tell me the truth, u then said ull man in in person when me meet.

This new member contacted me about a WTB: for a comptech tie bar. he sent me 2 pictures and we agreed on a price and i asked him to send me a picture with his screen name and the date before i sent payment. He never replied.
