Default WTB: AP1 Catalytic converter

Hello all, well basically my O2 sensor blew and the tip of it broke off and is now just rattling around in my catalytic converter. Before buying a new one, i wanted to see if anyone had one that they are no longer using laying around. I have a test pipe, but apparently these are illegal to be used alone with the stock exhaust according to group5. I would change it out myself but the bolts on the converter are rusted and i need it to be done by a professional so i'm just going to get a stock catalytic converter to change it out. anyone have one that they are no longer using? PM me an offer.

Also would be interested in a spugen v1 single exhaust, not the oval tip.
and a ssm driver side fender!

How much would you offer? I am thinking about replacing mine with a custom cat. 56k miles on the cat, good condition. Regardless, I wouldn't buy from new a dealer...you are probably looking at close to a grand for a new part.

haha yea, i really wouldnt spend that much. i would just end up buying a new one from an aftermarket company that makes cats, those go for around 250. i saw one awhile back on craigs list for $75, no idea how many miles. it only said it was from an AP1 with no problems. too bad i bought the test pipe instead. let me know how much you would want for it and we can work from there

You should be aware that an aftermarket cat will not pass the visual smog check in California.

SSMAP1 If you have less than 80k on your car, I believe that you can have the catalytic converter replaced by Honda at no charge. You can purchase the secondary 02 sensor from sparkplugs.com for less than $60 or free if you have less than 50K on your car.

oh seriously? Hmm, is that part of a warrenty? because i have a comptech intake and some other minor modifications to my car. i alraedy bought a new o2 sensor and wired it up, just not installed. my car is a 2001 with 45k miles. i hate going to dealerships. but if its free i cant complain, until they tell me something else is wrong with my car haha

Just go to the dealer, They should take care of it. Let us know what happens. Reset your ECU before you go too
