Default WTB: Non-staggered wheel setup

hey guys, im looking to find some wheels on the cheap for my friend. here's what we're looking for:

-non staggered (8"~9" nothing less, probably nothing more)
-17" preferred
-lightweight
-cheap (~$1000 price range)

yes, i know that puts us in the rota range topping out with rpf1s, but all the deals ive been finding were staggered sets. i need nonstaggered only. if you have rotas, please post wheel weights ( www.lmgtfy.com ) so i have some bearing on which rotas are which.

these will be track wheels only.

tires or no tires, doesn't matter, if you're thinking to tack on an extra $400-500 for the tires that are on the wheels, then forget it.

thanks for readin, pm me with what you got

o btw, ideal would be 17x9 +45 rpf1s, i know there're alot of those out there. anyone with fn-01r's? (not to be confused with fn-01r-c's). please pm with asking price, thanks!
