Thats good to know considering they told me they will be hiring a ton of officers this year. And yeah I'll be doing the swim Monday morning the 1st. Was $200 cheaper to come for a week for some reason compared to sunday to tuesday.

WOW, 50 yds now with 2 mins!?!? They should just change it to staying afloat for one full minute or just get rid of it!

i will be going to the d1gp event this year as well.

i already have my plane tix purchased just trying to find a decent hotel on the beach for a decent price now...id love to meet up and follow you guys to the D1GP as I have no clue where im going....why does every hotel down there on the beach in lauderdale or miami charge like $20 a day for parking plus another $15 a day for resort fees? ive never seen this before....its absolutely insane!

They should make it 50 yds, in uniform with vest and belt. Now that would be tough.

if you cant find anything at the beach, look at maybe downtown miami, the beach is like no joke 3 minutes away in a cab.

ill keep that in mind...im trying to stay as close to lauderdale as possible so i dont have to get up super early for that swim
