Default accident

So I was making a right turn. A huge minivan was in front of me and as she was turning I inch forward looking to the left (oncoming traffic) turns out she stopped and I bump into her monster vehicle.

Her bumper gets the smallest dent in the world my front bumper pops out a bit and has two vertical scratches (nothing too bad, but w/e). I get out she gets out and says she should call the police. I just tell her I'm in a hurry and give her my info, she gives me her ymca card with her name on it (said she didn't have her license, b.s.) She asks for my insurance but I say I don't have it on me.

So my question is. If she didn't call the cops and considering she probably didn't call the insurance company on the spot, what are my chances of getting out of this? Can anyone give me some help?

I know nothing much can be done, I guess what i'm asking is, what are my chances of getting out of this without an insurance spike?

Thanks for the help, SoFla.

When you have an accident, you have 3 days to make a Police report, after that, it's over. The only thing is that she might say you hit and run, but that is very unlikely with such a small damage.

If they call you just say she backed up into you. If she didn't have her license it's probley suspended. No cops, no witness, no problem!

Well if you gave Her your Info then its no a HIT an Run, with your info she can make a police report and/or find out what insurance company you have and make a claim, but if it is like you said that the damage its minimal then I wouldnt worry about it ,she probably wont do shit...

Give the lady $50. You damaged her car and caused her inconvenience. It's not worth doing anything different, imo. Can you imagine if you were on the other end? I have been - twice.

Haha, I have been thinking of what to say if I get contacted, actually. I was actually thinking, but as a joke, to say she backed into me, but I really hope she doesn't report it. The real inconvenience would be for my insurance to go up for a minor dent in her car. I should have called the police so they said this isn't even worth their time. Thanks for the replies though.
