Alpine Headunit
I am going to buy an alpine headunit ... there aren't a lot of choices ... but this is the main thing i am looking for.
1. I-pod Hook up
2. CD Player
3. I can still use the Cover that the car comes with (wont stick out)
I think all of them is under $500 anyways, but if someone can give me some feedback on something u used in your car ... thats great.
Thanks for the info......

i have had a number of different alpines. first get modifry's DCI with the plug n play harness.
i have the 9887 it's the top of the line, and may be more than the average guy wants or needs. it does have alpines audissy eq built in and you need another part to tune it. I have the other part and would tune it for a small fee.
if you don't have amps and a sub, you don't need tuning.
I know someone that 9886 that is very happy with it, it doesn't not have the audissy eq built in
the modifry plug n play harness is worth whatever he charges for it. makes the install a breeze
hope that helps
Mitch
