antifreeze

Default antifreeze

the title says it... i had a TL and i have oem acura antifreeze can i put it on the S without a problem ???

You can use straight water if you want. We're not exactly in a state known for its cold spells

Yes but the water pump needs lubrication and the aluminum needs protection from the corroding properties of water so at least 10-25% antifreeze is still needed.

The last customer that came through my shop ran water in his car for years in Florida........ Yeah sure, its ok to run water, until this happens and you over heat your car and spend $1600.00 to fix it...
