Just drive the car... gas will run you for about $260-$320 no more and hotels are $40-$60 per night, Trust me I have done the trip 4 TIMES, yes 4 times from Miami, FL to Flagstaff, AZ, you will need to stay 2 nights in hotel so that is about $110 good luck your total will be about $500 bucks and remember hotels have Free breakfast 
to make it in 2 days you need to drive 800 miles per day
