Going to get an alarm for the car and wanted remote start.. I have a 2000 s2k and they said they needed an extra key but when i purchased the car, they only gave me one. I called honda now and they said if i had the key, it would cost 65 dollars to program.. Does anyone know a cheaper place to get one.. I know i can get the key on ebay or something. Thanks

 

As far as I know only a Honda dealer can program the key for you.

And BTW, say no to remote start, unless you want to do a Joe and have your car in the canal.

 

I called around and got a spare key for like $30 at the honda dealer in downtown lauderdale- inbetween Sunrise and broward blvd- I think its callde Hollman honda or something like that. anyways best price down here i found
