actually it seems that ricky is the only interested party, from diegers post, he said he would think on it... i think i remeber him saying hes also CO for the homeowners association and a couple other things, so it didnt sound like he had the time to.

 

in either case.. he has spoken w/ me.. so.. we'll see.. i'll leave this thread open for anoterh day or so..

give everyone a chance to mull the idea over...
