District Service Manager?

Does anyone have the name and phone number where I can reach the district service manager? My dealership as well as American Honda keep sending me back and forth between the two.

At this point I'd rather have a not so great car that gets fixed under warranty without problems. This isn't the first time I've had problems with Hondas service...

Miike505, try contacting SpoonS on here, he works for Rick Case Honda as a service rep and is a great guy. He might be able to point you in the right direction.
