Is anyone going to try to organize a group rate for those staying at the Hilton?

 

I am hoping to talk to everyone who is going to the DragonBall from South Florida at tonight's meet, so please try to attend. We need to settle the hotel issue so that we can book the rooms and let everyone else know what is going on. I would also like to set down the times that we intend to leave. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to post our "definite" plans.

P.S. Woody, in response to your PM's.......calmate ya!!! We cannot leave today!!! Lol.

Alright, the Thursday group is leaving Thursday morning between 7 and 8 AM and driving straight through to our destination, which is the Knoxville Airport Hilton in Alcoa, Tennessee. So far, the group is as follows:

I will be speaking with a Manager from the Hilton tomorrow and hopefully will be able to work out a deal for all staying there at a better rate!! Stay tuned for the details this weekend....................

On the Radio's, are there different types? Can all the radios pick up channel 3.2? My friend has one and he says he uses channel 17. would this work?
