Hey Floridians!
We are trying to work out the logistics of everyone at DBR 6... and have taken notice that many of you will be staying at the Hilton in Alcoa.
Willie Gee, can you coordinate with me your region's
(along with the other Florida COs) members accomidations and find out who is staying where, that way we can get the proper maps and schedualing correct? This information is greatly needed in order to ensure everyone participates in the events. PM me when you have a list as we will have possible further instructions on a group lead for those staying in that area.

I need to know from the South Florida/Florida people:
1) When are you leaving? Is there going to be a Wednesday and Thursday group, or?
2) Are you staying in Alcoa, or did you book early and get a place at Fontana Village?

Check the "FRESHMAKER" thread for the itinerary for my group (the Wednesday group). Basically the deal is that we South FL people would leave at some agreed upon time on Wednesday to make it to Holiday Inn Express in Columbia SC before 8:00am Thursday morning.
That is where the rest of the Florida group will already be (they will beat us there since they are leaving earlier from Ocala). Then Thursday is the spirited drive to the dragon etc.
