What is the last date to cancel on those reservations? We are currently reviewing cheaper alternatives to replace the Hilton....

This just in. The Fairfield Inn (Marriott) is very close to the Hilton and the Travelocity rates are only $78.88/night or $99/night if you use the Marriott website. You only get that rate if you prepay but there is no cancellation fee unless you do it the day before.

We will not be spending much time at home base between the driving and the Fontana Village cabin crashing so there is no need to stay at the Hilton.

Just think of the amount of liquor the savings buys!

...Ok enough sales pitch. Grab a room at the Fairfield before they fill up, see you there!
