Default Electrical issues

What's up S Fl, I have a thread similar to this posted in the under good section but was hoping id have a better chance posting it here.

For the past month I've had electrical issues with my car, the car would flash the vsa abs e brake lights and reboot the radio. The car was also reading low and erratic voltage. I bought a new remanufactured alternator from advanced auto parts and no dice, returned it for another and the issue still remained. Took the car to honda to have it diagnosed and they came up with these codes:

25-1 61-1 62-1 68-1 86-1 104-1

They said these meant alternator failure and abs module failure. So I ended up buying a denso remanufactured alternator from honda for $460. Installed and the problem still exist. The car will not flash the lights or cut off the radio if I only have my headlights on which is weird. Battery is new and reads 12.7v consistently

Car is a 2007 with 70xxx miles.
List of things I've done:
Changed alternator (3 times)
Changed my Flashpro tune
Multimeter voltage test keeps showing erratic voltage, sometimes good at 13.8-14.0 full load , sometimes 12.9-13.1
Did a parasitic drain check and the car was fine at 0.01v
Checked all fuses
Checked and cleaned all grounds (battery, bundle on both side of the car in engine bay and bundle by the ecu)
Pulled fuse for radio and problem still exist
Pulled fuse for drl and problem still exist
Pulled both fuses for the vsa and problem will exist.

Then 2 days ago I pulled the "back up" fuse to have the computer restart and idle learn and the car drove fine for 2 straight days. Then this morning it started again, tried doing the same thing but the problem is still there.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know before I pull the trigger on taking my car to a shop.
