Default Favorite Restaurants

What one or two (or three) restaurants do you consider to be your favorites? I'm always looking to try new places, but would rather go there knowing that it comes recommended from someone.

My favorites are:
Vico's Downtown (1 East Broward Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale)
Casa D'Angelo (Sunrise Blvd, across from the Cadillac dealership and just south of Maroone Ford)
Angelo of Mulberry Street (Commercial Blvd, east of Federal Hwy, on the north side of the road)

All of them are Italian restaurants.

(Note to self: maybe I need to broaden my horizons!)

So overrated IMO!

My favorite restaurant is Quarterdeck...I love the sports-bar type atmosphere with just a niche more service/quality.

I also like DelVecchio's Pizza in Weston, Antonio's Pizza in SW Ranches and Bahama Breeze

If you really want to treat yourself: Blue Moon Fish Co. Simply amazing.

Best grille: Argentango. Lobster ravioli is insane. Plus, they have live flamenco dancers.

Best pizza: Big Louie's. Try the white pizza.

Best crab legs: Rustic Inn. World famous garlic crab legs are unmatched.

When you've exhausted this list, let me know. There's more.

I went to the Rustic Inn one time. Seemed that it was everyone's birthday that night! For those who have never been there, they announce who's birthday it is on their PA system and then everyone takes their wooden crab mallets and beats the crap out of the tables. I left there with a head-ache that didn't go away for days!
