Default Festival Car Show

Dropped off my valve cover to get powder coated at Armortech in Pompano this morning and the guy told me that there is a car show at the Festival Flea market this upcoming Sunday in case anyone is interested. Looks like a mish mash of cars.

If he gets my cover done by Friday I might swing by but right now my S is immobile. Would like to see variants on wheels in person.

Prospects - nice to see some of the old group are still around.

I just hope he gets it done for the weekend, this show I am more interested in looking at wheels as I am not plunking down $3k for a set of Works or BBS - nice wheels just too much cash.

What did he charge you to do wheels - he isn't cheap.

That Crew FAILS for Imports, we were there once, basically was a show @ a Mall and it was $15 to enter. the name was "EXOTIC and CAR show" or something like that, we decided to give a try, 99% of all cars are OLD MUSCLE all american steel -some amazing cars, but TONS of vettes and rustangs- .. as soon we rolled the announcer said, THERE'S a RED FERRARI, of course, it wasn't so he acted like he didn't say nothing -and we regretted we did participate lol- ,,, there was a Lambo (with CHEESY huge CHROME BLING WHEELS) and a Aston Martin ... they had like 85 awards and 100 cars lol ...

They didn't even acknowledge us and the Aston kids (that were not bad looking cars comparing with 85% of the rest) ... while the Lambo got some kind of award (rocking chromies which is a big NO-NO for Italian cars), but seriously, it was embarrassing ... is not their fault, it's a good show for domestic cars, they just don't know imports/exotics, is not their niche.

You all should go here:

That's more like it.
