Fight it - get one of those atty's that promise resuls - they wil go to court and most likley the officer will not and it would get thrown out. I know a few people that have done this and it worked for them. Worst case is you end up paying it.

Don't know but a boss of mine got nailed a few years back and it worked like a charm for him. Just make sure that if you have to pay it or get points that they refund you their cost.

I've used James Babkes, who came recommended from another s2ki member.
He's been able to successfully help me for the 3 tickets I've had.

They didn't rip you off. Court costs are set by the judge so it doesn't matter the attorney. Sometimes you get them, sometimes you don't. Had plenty of tickets taken care of by them and 0 points.

Funny this came up, I just got a ticket last night , 76 in a 40. Havent had a ticket in over 5 years. You can do the ticket clinic atty, or you can just go to court like I used to do. I used to pay for ticket atty's, until I went one time and saw what they did, they basically go to court and plead no contest, then with most officers not showing up, the judge will look at your prior record, and depending on the mood he is in, he will either drop the ticket, or just have you pay court fee's. I do recall also seeing a judge be in a pissed of mood, and send the defendant to traffic school. Your mainly concerned with not having the points assesed, basically withheld ajudification. This time around, I might just get an atty, since I am really really busy these days, not like in the past!

Mav im going to use your atty, how much does he normally charge?
