I got 7 tickets in the first 3 months i owned the car, (going on to 5 months now) speeds over 90mph, first 6 are dismissed, thanks to Jason A. Diamond TrafficTicketTeam (954)-967-9888......my last ticket is a racing one which is more serious so i got someone else workin on it now, but Jason is the man, he's delt with all my preivous violations from other cars i owed before.

 

Definitely hire a lawyer if you are going to court. Most likely if you don't have any other speeding tickets it will atleast be reduced. 65 in a 30 is tough. Also some times you can call the DA's office and see what they are offering. Some times they give pleas like Failure to obey a traffic control device or parking on pavement type non-moving violations. Probable the first route I would try, the DA's office will either say that's not how it works here or will offer the plea bargin. Also you might want to find out when court is in session, if you have time go and sit in to see what the judge is like. Good luck man, most have been in your position at one point in our lifes before.

Thanks mav, I will call him this week, I might get lucky and have the ticket totally erased, I have a friend who works with the cop at the same station and he is trying to work it out for me, if not John Schwartz here I come.
