Damn, that really sucks. I know how you feel. At least you're ok. If the insurance just cuts you a check, you might get too little because it needs to be inspected properly before they can determine the correct amount. If you have a shop that you trust, ask your insurance if they work with them and they'll tell you if they approve it or not. Or you can just get an estimate from a company they work with, that charges a lot. Then you can take the check and go somewhere else. Good luck though.

Damn thats pretty bad i work at a shop in boca we are really good let me know if you want the address. By the looks of it unfortionatly you most likely have rear body panel damages and your floor might be pushed in . Hopefully its just the rear body panel . The insurence company probably wrote you an estimate the next job is to bring it to a shop that you trust to do the work and they will take it apart and call the insurence out for a supplement which are certain things the insurence company left out of the estimate or they couldnt see. Then they will issue the supplement check to you and the shop . It looks worse then it is but its a easy fix All depends how fast ur insurence company comes out to reinspect . If you need any help or you want to bring it to the shop I work at let me know .

DAMN!!! Thats sucks dude! I've seen this type of accident happen a couple of times lately. Cops were always rushing out in the middle of traffic to run a red light and end up causeing everyone to break up pretty hard and someone rams into there backs. I saw it happen just the other week. A dodge mini van ramed right into the back of a altima because the cop couldnt wait to cut across 4 lanes of traffic in a Friday afternoon! Tell you the truth I dont think the guy that hit you should get a ticket! Cops need to be more careful trying to cut across fast moving traffic. If he didnt try to push threw that incident would have never happened. It not your fault for braking up and maybe the SUV can not stop as quickly as a S2000 before hitting you

But alteast you have the black R1 in the background so you can go cruising while the S is down

I'm no doctor, but a lot of people don't know they have a neck injury until later(months or a year later). By then, you'll be paying all the medical bills. I would get that checked out.
